The fact that I allow pets means that the cleaning service is particularly important, as guests who do not have pets do not want to encounter dog hair and pet smells. The team works very hard to avoid this problem. The laundry provided is of good quality and is well laundered and the extras offered e.g robes, slippers and welcome packs are very well received by guests. The team is quick to alert me to any maintenance issues so that they do not lead to adverse reviews.
I live a long distance from the cottages so the input from the team is vital to the success of my holiday lets. The efficiency of the housekeeping team means that I get all the benefits of holiday letting without the effort. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.”
